How does payment work?
To activate recruitment for each vacancy required, Clients invest RM 8,000 per role upon start when roles are officially allocated to TRIIIO and approved.
How does this differ from the placement fee?
Once the candidate starts work the Client pays the difference between the Total Fee due which is calculated as 20% of Total Fixed Rem minus the RM 8,000. Thus, the Recruitment Activation is not an additional charge. It is part of the investment paid at the beginning of the journey.
What happens to the Activation Fee I paid at the start?
Once the Recruitment Activation is completed and the Client pays the RM 8,000 per role, this is then invested into the following:

Talent Pool Mapping and Research

Dedicating 1 Expert Recruiter, 1 Researcher and 1 Account Manager to you

Building your bespoke verification process for every role, including CBI Competency Development

Screening, Vetting, Recording and Building out your Candidate Profile

Marketing investments to speak within the appropriate talent channels to candidates

at least 30 hrs worth of dedicated search time into each vacancy
Can I move the activation fee to another role?
An activation Fee has a validity of 2 months across which it may be transferred to other roles approved by TRIIIO.

How long is the Activation Fee valid for?
Typically, TRIIIO targets to complete each role assignment in 90 days. Therefore, Activation Fees are valid for a period of 90 days to match this. If you feel you require additional time to close a role or further support, please contact your Key Account Manager.
How is the “Annual Remuneration” for your final 20% final fee calculated?
“Annual Remuneration” is defined as the total gross salary paid during the first year to the Candidate and/or any other payments (which are fixed and guaranteed) obtained at start of employment and inclusive in contract of employment.
For illustration purposes only, if the total gross salary stated in the contract of employment is RM100,000.00, our fee entitlement shall be RM20,000.00, being 20% of the total sum.
Is any fee paid to TRIIIO refundable?
All our fees paid are non-refundable.
What happens if you can’t find the candidate in the stipulated time?
TRIIIO will meet you to recalibrate the search and re-qualify the position using the most recent up to date market information. This approach makes it possible to continuously attract and engage high quality candidates to ensure you achieve role closure. On top of this TRIIIO will regularly communicate with you what steps we are taking to alter the search strategy.
Can I use other recruiters or manage the search myself?
Yes, you are free to conduct the search process any way you choose and you are not tied to using only TRIIIO if you choose not to.
However, so long as our engagement is still ongoing, please note that we are entitled to the “success fee” if the candidate that you finally engaged was a candidate presented by us.
